{"id":1238,"date":"2020-02-25T16:25:43","date_gmt":"2020-02-25T22:25:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psws.glenbard.org\/index.php\/2014\/11\/19\/reviewing-approving-p-card-activity\/"},"modified":"2020-03-17T10:34:59","modified_gmt":"2020-03-17T15:34:59","slug":"reviewing-approving-p-card-activity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/technology\/skyward\/purchasing-budgets\/reviewing-approving-p-card-activity\/","title":{"rendered":"Reviewing\/Approving P-Card Activity"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"nolwrap\"><p>Card holders review and submit their p-card transactions in Skyward. \u00a0Supervisors must review the activity prior to the data being batched for Accounts Payable.<!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From your Administrative Access homepage, click the <strong>My Pcard Approvals<\/strong> tile.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Approve\/Deny<\/strong> on the left of a transaction that you want to review.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4377\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/My-Credit-Card-Transaction-Approvals-2020-02-25-06-15-17.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"854\" height=\"287\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Three important areas to review for each transaction:\n<ol>\n<li>Verify that a descriptive <strong>Description<\/strong> has been entered.<\/li>\n<li>Verify that an appropriate <strong>Account<\/strong> number has been entered.<\/li>\n<li>Review receipts:\n<ol>\n<li>Click the paperclip button view a list of all attachments.<\/li>\n<li>Click the eye (<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4380\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/SkywardEyeIcon.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"23\" height=\"14\" \/>) button next to an attachment to view it.<\/li>\n<li>Click View Attachment.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4379\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/My-Credit-Card-Transaction-Approvals-2020-02-25-06-16-13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"724\" height=\"510\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Once a transaction has been reviewed, click the <strong>Approve<\/strong> button at the top to approve.<\/li>\n<li>If the description needs more detail or receipts were not attached, type out <strong>Approve\/Deny Comments<\/strong> and click the <strong>Deny<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Card holders review and submit their p-card transactions in Skyward.
