Browsing is typically used to find any student from a large population. Searching is typically used to find a very particular student or group of students. PowerSchool has four ways for users to a student or group of students:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alphabetically<\/li>\n<li>By grade<\/li>\n<li>By class<\/li>\n<li>By gender<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/browsing1.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/browsing1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"277\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\u00a0Figure 2.1.1<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on one of the links shown in figure 2.1.1 above.<\/li>\n<li>After clicking one of the links, the webpage will reload with matching students. See figure 2.1.2 below.
