Students, including returning and graduating seniors, must have their scheduling statuses appropriately set for the following year.\u00a0 This is a responsibility of each building’s Data Specialist to be performed at year-end before the roll-over process. Information regarding returning seniors and a change in school assignment will be provided by the registrar via a webhelp ticket to the data specialist.<\/p>\n

The following are the requirements for the returning and graduating seniors:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Returning seniors next grade level must be 12 and the respective next school must remain the current school<\/li>\n
  2. Graduating seniors next grade level must be 99 and next school must be “Graduated Students”<\/li>\n
  3. Update the next school indicator for students who plan to attend a different Glenbard school next year<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Perform the following searches to find students with bad data. \u00a0An automatic webhelp ticket will be generated to the data specialist for this task.<\/p>\n

    All of the searches must return 0 results in order to be ready for the new year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
