All APAs, APIs, and DCs MUST be set with an Approver Profile.
If an Approver Profile is not set, these staff members will be able to approve all absences that they have visibility to.
- Hover over Security, then Principal Web, and click Campus Users
- Click on the user’s name to edit
- Click the Edit button
- Check the Send Email for Approvals checkbox
- Select the API, APA, or Department Chair from the Approver Profile drop-down
- Click the Apply Changes button
