Virtual Terminal is the in-person store for SchoolPay. Each school has 3 iPads that can be used for Virtual Terminal activity. The Events option is used to facilitate sales using the least steps possible.

A staff member with administrative access to SchoolPay can lookup a student and view purchasing activity associated with the student’s account.
Families will be able to pay for parking online through the School Store.
For items in the School Store that are assigned to entire groups, a report can be run to see which students have paid for the item or which students have not.
Rycor displays current year fees and outstanding fees in a student’s main account. If parents request prior year fee statements, they can be run by anyone with access to the Acorn database.
A real-time list of students with Balances can be pulled from Rycor through Student Reports.
Sponsors can request to host items online through the Glenbard online store powered by SchoolPay as well as check activity.
Whether on a Mac or PC, Rycor is accessed through Microsoft Remote Resources. Note: Acorn was renamed Rycor Fee Management in 2017.
School assigned scholarships will be imported to Rycor by the Technology department.
Summer School Principals and Secretaries can look up student account balances and run fee reports by building in Rycor.
