Administrative Tasks — Users — Adding a User
New users will be set by the district office and include bookkeepers and athletic secretaries To request access from district, submit a Web Help Desk ticket under request type “District Wide Financial System Support.Admin Tasks > Users > Create New User
- Click Add to open the ‘Create New User’ window.
- Enter the User ID.
- Enter Start Date and End Date of User ( the User cannot log in outside of this Date Range).
- Enter the Contact Information of the User.
- Select the appropriate permission level of the User (‘Acorn Admin’ has no permission restrictions).
- Click OK
