Administrative Tasks — Users — Adding a User

New users will be set by the district office and include bookkeepers and athletic secretaries To request access from district, submit a Web Help Desk ticket under request type “District Wide Financial System Support.Admin Tasks > Users > Create New User

From Users:

  1. Click Add to open the ‘Create New User’ window.
  2. Enter the User ID.
  3. Enter Start Date and End Date of User ( the User cannot log in outside of this Date Range).
  4. Enter the Contact Information of the User.
  5. Select the appropriate permission level of the User (‘Acorn Admin’ has no permission restrictions).
  6. Click OK
